Josainis is a Canadian sole proprietorship offering graphic and web design services, digital marketing services, done-for-you digital products, and independent affiliate referrals to third-party digital education programs. Josainis operates independently and is not an employee, partner, or legal representative of any third-party company referenced on this site.

3. Services and Products Offered
Josainis offers the following:

Graphic & Web Design Services — Custom design deliverables created and delivered digitally based on individual project agreements.

Digital Marketing Services — Strategy, content creation, and marketing support for small business owners, delivered remotely.

Done-For-You (DFY) Digital Products — Ready-made digital products sold directly by Josainis. All sales are final. See Section 6.

Academy Affiliate Referrals — Josainis participates as an independent affiliate in the Digital Wealth Academy (DWA) and Digital Income Academy (DIA Club) programs. Purchases made through Josainis's affiliate links are governed by each academy's own Terms and Conditions, which are linked separately on this site. Josainis is not responsible for the content, delivery, or policies of either academy.

4. Affiliate Disclosure

This website contains affiliate links. When you purchase through Josainis's affiliate link, Josainis earns a commission at no additional cost to you. This relationship is always disclosed in compliance with FTC guidelines and Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Earning a commission does not influence Josainis's honest opinion of any product recommended.

5. Design & Marketing Services — Payment and Delivery

A deposit or full payment is required before any project begins. The amount, scope, timeline, and number of revision rounds will be specified in your individual project agreement or invoice. Once a deliverable has been completed and approved, payments are non-refundable. Josainis reserves the right to decline any project at her sole discretion. Rush fees may apply for expedited timelines.

6. Digital Products — No Refund Policy
All sales of done-for-you digital products are final and non-refundable. Because digital products are delivered with immediate access upon purchase, no refunds or exchanges will be issued once access has been granted. Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable Canadian consumer protection law.

7. Academy Products — Refund Policy

Purchases of Digital Wealth Academy (DWA) or Digital Income Academy (DIA Club) courses made through Josainis's affiliate links are subject to each academy's own refund and guarantee policies. Josainis does not process, manage, or control refunds for either academy. For DWA refund inquiries, contact: rachell@digitalwealthacademy.biz. 8. No Guarantee of Results

Any income figures, testimonials, case studies, or business outcomes referenced on this website or in any associated content are individual examples only.
