RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All Sales Are Final — Digital Products
Due to the immediate-access nature of all digital products sold through this website, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once access has been granted, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and understood this policy.

Design & Marketing Services
Deposits paid before a project begins are non-refundable. Once a deliverable has been completed and approved by the client, no refunds will be issued. If a project is cancelled by the client before completion, any work completed up to that point will be invoiced and the remaining deposit or payment will not be returned. Josainis reserves the right to cancel any project at her discretion, in which case any unused portion of payment will be returned to the client.

Digital Wealth Academy (DWA) Purchases
Purchases of the Digital Wealth Academy course made through Josainis's affiliate link are subject to DWA's own Terms of Purchase. All DWA sales are final and non-refundable as set out in their Terms. For any questions regarding your DWA purchase, contact DWA directly at rachell@digitalwealthacademy.biz.

Digital Income Academy — DIA Club Purchases
Purchases of DIA Club made through Josainis's affiliate link are subject to Digital Income Academy LLC's own Terms and Conditions. DIA Club offers a conditional 6-month guarantee with strict eligibility requirements — it is not an automatic refund. For details on eligibility or to submit a guarantee request, contact DIA Club directly at contact@digincomeacademy.com.

Payment Plans & Installments
If you have agreed to a payment plan with Josainis, you are obligated to complete all scheduled payments on their due dates. Missed or failed payments may result in immediate revocation of access to your product or course without notice. No refunds will be issued for amounts already paid, and you remain responsible for completing all remaining installments regardless of access status.
